Who are we at Play Fetch?

Our very 1st day together!
It's simple; Buffy is a comedic, stubborn, cushiony little Boston Terrier with a splash of Beagle. And, I'm her mom!
She was born on July 21, 2009, where shortly after she ended up in a foster home to get placed with her forever home. I decided after 6 years being dog-less that in the Spring of 2010 I might be ready. I knew I wanted a Boston Terrier with a bit of Beagle (less buggy-eyes and longer snouts). So, I thought, "Why not browse through the classified ads now to see if this was even a possibility - harmless?"
Pictures of cute puppy after cute puppy were all over! When WHAM! There was this goofy floppy eared face with the sweetest eyes. I went to see her the next day (September 28, 2009). To be sure I had someone to keep me grounded in the face of adorableness, I asked my dad to meet me there. He took one look at this squirmy, happy little pup and said, "Oh Mandy, now that's a cute puppy." ...SOLD!
We've been together ever since (she now has her forever home) and I can't stand how happy she makes me every day. Her brilliant little mind amazes me. She learns so fast and knows how to get what she wants.
Play Fetch is all about the joy these little animals bring to us. Share your stories with us too! We'd love to hear from you.
